Sale Sharks have released Samoan centre Andy Tuilagi from their squad in the major change for this season. The 25-year-old, known as Andy, joined in August 2008 on a four-year contract after he was released by Leeds following their Premiership relegation.
The Samoa international, who is one of six professional rugby-playing brothers, began at Leicester before his two-year stint at Leeds.
Over three seasons at Edgeley Park, Tuilagi played in 42 games and scored three tries.
