Since joining the Castleford Tigers, Greg Eden has made 20 appearances for his club side, touching down a remarkable 33 times for the Super League leaders.


Eden, who arrived from the NRL side Brisbane Broncos at the close-season, was shipped in to replace Denny Solomona who had jumped ship last year in a bitter cross-code move to Sale Sharks.

Any player at this stage will surely envy his position that is being considered on a fast track movement from his present position as a winger for Sale Sharks. Being able to play for England is an opportunity that does not come easy as England has become the crème de la crème team in world rugby.

Despite a protracted dispute between winger, Denny Solomona, and his team, Castleford Tigers, Sale Sharks have reiterated that they are still very much interested in signing on the winger to their side.


Solomona had joined Castleford Tigers just last year, 2015 from London Broncos but may be facing legal action from his team having failed to report to training before the season.
